apollo is the moonshot initiative of apoprojekt. Our vision is the AI-native construction company — from building idea to built result! That is what we are working on. What it will look like is open — that it will come is not.

Problem

To this day, building more means: more people!

Productivity in construction has been stagnating for decades — unlike in almost every other industry. We do not see this as a natural state of the industry, but as an unsolved problem: break the rigid coupling of construction output and headcount, and stagnation turns into growth.

Why now

Technology makes it possible!

AI is changing everything right now — from planning to robotics to manufacturing. What was not ready for use two years ago is available today, and the pace keeps accelerating. We believe that what still sounds like a distant future today will soon become possible.

Approach

We are not building a tool, we are building the company itself!

We do not zoom into the detail, we zoom out to the whole — from building idea to built result. That distance is what makes 10× improvements conceivable: Which products does this company build? How does it build? With which partners? With which technologies?

How we work

    Moonshot

    We do not guess, we test. Apollo starts as a moonshot idea.

    Kill

    Every idea is allowed to die. As early and as cheaply as possible. We do not try to prove that it works, but that it does not!

    Iteration

    Once an idea is killed, the moonshot is iterated and the question asked anew. With every round it gets sharper, our knowledge grows — and the vision moves closer.
